We offer the best of breeding at a reasonable price - for stud fees, keep, boarding broodmares and youngstock all year round. We also offer a rest & recuparation service for racehorses. Our staff have many years of experience in the handling, schooling and care of horses.  The fertility of our stallions
has been tested and is very high at the stud farm, ensuring the best
possible
chance of getting your mares in foal. The veterinary care is excellent, from Colin Sutherland MRCVS. a specialist equine vet with many years experience in stud work. Girsonfield is located in Northumberland, just ½ mile from the village of Otterburn, the Stud is set in 600 acres of farm land with plenty of grazing and space for visiting horses. Our stallions have excellent pedigrees, showing quality breeding and a superb cross section of achievements in competitive events, whether it be racing - National Hunt, Flat or Point to Point, Eventing, Showing or Show Jumping. We normally have for sale at the Stud Farm a good selection of well bred and correct youngstock:- foals, yearlings, 2 year olds, 3 & 4 year olds, mainly thoroughbred, suitable for racing, Point to Point, Eventing, Showing & Show Jumping. Two of our first foals by Endoli have just started their careers winning hurdle races and National Hunt Bumpers:-Russian Sky & Indy Mood.- between them they have won over £50,000 & only bred to point to point!
